Sanjay Saini

Director - Escapade India

Sanjay Saini, the Director of Escapade Adventures, is a passionate adventure professional, mountain climber, and wildlife enthusiast. With a background in electronics engineering, Sanjay has also excelled in sports, having competed at the national level in badminton. His diverse interests include behavioral studies of wild Asian elephants, which he pursues through his jungle study trips.
Sanjay's extensive adventures have shaped his expertise in fostering teamwork and self-belief. He began developing behavioral programs for schools in 1999, starting with Mayo College (Ajmer) and Welham Girls High School (Dehradun). Since picking up adventure sports as a profession in 1995, he has also become a seasoned OBL trainer, working with prestigious multinational corporations and schools across North India.
As the Director of Operations at Escapade Adventures & Holidays Pvt. Ltd. since 1998, Sanjay has led numerous successful expeditions, including climbing Mt. Kedardome (21,430 ft.) and Mt. Rudra Gaira (19,091 ft.) in the Indian Himalayas. He has also completed a 2,000 km cycling expedition across North India in just 15 days and has trekked extensively in the North Indian Himalayas of Ladakh, Himachal, and Uttaranchal over the past 15 years.
Throughout his career, Sanjay has worked with renowned schools includes Mayo College (Ajmer), Scindia School (Gwalior), Welham Girls High School (Dehradun), Pathways World School (Gurgaon), and Genesis Global School (Noida).
Sanjay Saini's dedication to adventure and education continues to inspire and influence many, making Escapade Adventures a leader in experiential learning and adventure-based programs.
